Professionals - SEND in Cornwall Feedback Surveys
There are many services and teams supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and their families.
We need to hear from children and young people with SEND and their families as well as practitioners working across the system to know what is working and where the areas for improvement are.
To help us make improvements and to make sure the improvements we are making are having a positive impact on children and young people with SEND and their families, we need to hear your experiences.
If you would like to provide feedback outside of a survey, please visit Comments, compliments and complaints - Cornwall Council or email tfffeedback@cornwall.gov.uk.
Navigating the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) system can be challenging for parents and carers. It can be confusing to know where to go for help and who to talk to. The different processes and words used can also be difficult to understand. Good communication helps us understand your needs and the information you require. Our SEND System Navigators provide SEND-based information and often act as a first point of contact for families of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
