The results of the consultation will be considered by Cornwall Council's Neighbourhoods Overview and Scrutiny Committee in January 2026 and help inform the PSPO that will be in place for 2026-2028.

If approved and funding is secured, construction could begin in 2024, with the scheme completed by 2026 – two years ahead of the original schedule.
