We’re planning how health and care services in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly will develop over the next five years — and we need your help.
Our aim is to make sure health and care services are easier to access, closer to home, and available when you need it. This includes more community services, better minor illness, injury and urgent care options, and new ways of delivering care locally.
Your feedback will shape how we deliver these changes. At the end, you can choose to stay involved by signing up to do more surveys or joining our new Neighbourhood Health Feedback Groups.
We will share your feedback with health and care service leads and use the findings to shape future services and plans. This survey is open until Monday 8 December 2025.
