The Historic Environment Record will never be complete. New finds and discoveries are made almost every day; maintaining and updating the data is an ongoing task.
You can contribute by using the Sites and Monuments Recording Form to let us know about any interesting finds or discoveries you make anywhere in Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly that are not in our database.
You can also let us know about any sites or buildings that you are concerned about by filling out a Condition Monitoring Report. We can then record issues such as vandalism, erosion and flooding, and where appropriate supply this information to the relevant authorities.
For Existing sites please use the Survey option below to complete a Condition Monitoring Report. For New site suggestions please use the Map option.
