Our new Violence Against Women and Girls, and Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence strategies

Please complete our short survey to give your views on our new Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence (DASV) strategies.

Tackling domestic abuse and sexual abuse/ violence is everybody’s business. Every member of our community deserves to feel safe and free from abuse, violence and fear. By working together, we can prevent individuals from experiencing abuse and/ or engaging in abusive behaviours.

There has been considerable progress in Cornwall to tackle domestic abuse and, sexual abuse and violence, since the 2019  Ending Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence in Cornwall strategy was launched but there is still a long way to go. That is why we want to hear from you. We want to end domestic abuse and sexual abuse and violence in Cornwall, and we want to hear your views on our new draft strategies that describe how we are tackling domestic abuse and sexual abuse/ violence, and violence against women and girls.

We will review all responses to the surveys and use them to inform the final versions of the strategies.
