External Partners - Right On Survey 2023

In Spring 2023 73 schools and colleges across Cornwall took part in the Right On Survey and more than 8,200 children and young people in Year 4 and above told us their views and shared experiences on a wide range of issues that impact their lives.

A series of topic reports produced by SHEU (the Schools Health Education Unit) are available on request, please email childrensrights@cornwall.gov.uk. Participating schools also received a bespoke report summarising their results.

Schools are using the results to improve support and adapt practice to meet children’s needs, inform how they communicate with students, and inform school improvement plans. Within the Council the results are informing service and strategy development.

We would be grateful for your feedback on your experience of the Right On survey, how the results have been used, the impact this is having and any suggestions for improving the survey. We hope to repeat the survey in 2025 and your feedback will help us understand the benefits of the survey and improve the design for 2025.

Please complete the survey below by Friday 10th May 2024. This survey should take around 5 minutes. If you have any questions please contact childrensrights@cornwall.gov.uk. Thank you very much for your time and support.
