Registered Manager Development Programme Application Form

The Registered Manager Development Programme (RMDP) is for Cornwall based Deputy Managers, Acting Registered Managers, or Registered Managers who have been in role for up to three years. This cohort will be delivered to those working in Residential and Nursing homes.

The RMDP will be delivered over a period of three months with sessions being delivered in mixed format of face-to-face, and online. It is essential that you attend every session if you are selected.

Applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application four weeks before the start of the programme. The programme will start on 11th September 2025.

As this is a fully funded programme, applicants will be selected at random, however the criteria must be met to be eligible for consideration.

If successful, I have the full endorsement from my line manager to attend and complete all modules of the Registered Manager Development Programme.

I will attend all sessions of the Registered Manager Development Programme and understand non attendance could result in being removed from the programme.
