Registered Manager Development Programme Application Form

The Registered Manager Development Programme ELEVATE (RMDP) is for Cornwall based managers working in care/nursing homes, home care and supported living.

The RMDP will be approximately 12 days in length which will be delivered over a period of 2-3 months. This is to mitigate the disruption to your role while you attend this programme. All session dates will be given to you before the start of the programme to enable planning and commitment. Sessions will be delivered in mixed format of face-to-face, and online. It is essential that you attend every session if you are selected. Please do not apply if you are unable to attend every session. Programme dates can be found on the RMDP web page.

Applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application 2 weeks before the start of the programme. The programme will start on Wednesday 11th February 2026.

As this is a fully funded programme, applicants will be selected at random, however the criteria must be met to be eligible for consideration.
