The Registered Manager Development Programme (RMDP) is for Cornwall based Deputy Managers, Acting Registered Managers, or Registered Managers who have been in role for up to three years. The first cohort will be delivered to those providing domiciliary care. Please note future cohorts will be open to those providing residential and nursing home care and these dates will be published later in the year.
The RMDP will be approximately 10 days in length which will be delivered over a period of 2-3 months. This is to mitigate the disruption to your role while you attend this programme. All session dates will be given to you before the start of the programme to enable planning and commitment. Sessions will be delivered in mixed format of face-to-face, and online. It is essential that you attend every session if you are selected.
Applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application 2 weeks before the start of the programme. The programme will start on Wednesday 30th April.
As this is a free programme, applicants will be selected at random and unsuccessful applicants will have the opportunity to reapply for future cohorts.
