The Future Care Leader Programme has been co-designed with Cornwall's adult social care workforce to develop confident, capable leaders through immersive, real-life learning experiences. Rather than traditional classroom training, you'll tackle realistic scenarios to build your confidence as a leader.

Developed in partnership with Diagram Learning Studio, this programme is designed for people working in Cornwall's adult social care sector who are new to leadership or aspiring to lead in the future. This programme is for senior care workers, senior support workers, team leaders, or those in equivalent roles.
