Return of the tram

My idea combines one already put forward (to create a larger park and ride on the outskirts of town) and to also bring back a tram. This could run from right out Quintrell way , through town and possibly on to Fistral (maybe even a circuit if hills can be managed). I have no idea of how practical the build would be, but benefits would be to reduce traffic in the town, provide an easy (hopefully fairly cheap) means of transport for residents and visitors alike and provide a bit of fun. A hop on hop off transit. The town centre would obviously be served directly and benefit greatly through volume of people alone. You said dream big.
