There have been many reports of how people’s mental health has suffered during the pandemic, and there have been many reasons as to why. This could be down to the stress of being in this situation and the worry that you or your loved ones might get ill.
This has also reportedly been due to the very measures we have had to put in place to protect ourselves, such as the closure of non-essential businesses, people on furlough and people not being able to see their friends and family like they normally would.
How has your mental health been affected by the pandemic? What did you do that helped you to get through this time? Many reported doing more exercise and talking more walks but others talked about eating more and drinking more alcohol.
