How do we make a healthier Cornwall and Isles of Scilly?

We're keen to find out what you think will make Cornwall and Isles of Scilly a healthier place to live and find out if you would be interested in working with us to shape future health and care services.

This survey asks some questions about what support could help you keep healthy and asks for your ideas that will help us shape a new health and well being prevention strategy and communications campaign.

We also want to recruit local people to join our engagement network so they can be kept informed and involved in shaping health and care services. The survey closes at the end of April 2024.

We will then be in touch with those who have asked to join our engagement network.
