Its just so hard but not impossible

Life changes and everyone has twists and turns however home to me needs to be a safe environment without fear of having to move involuntary .

I would like to put forward an idea that supported housing post war. Prefab housing helped people whether they wanted to rent or buy.

For the buy strategy people would have had to live in the county for 5 years not be allowed to rent it out and cant sell the property for a minimum of 5 years.

For rent half the rent goes to rental and half to buying the property as rents are far higher than mortgages. It is importabt that we invest in people yo live a good quality of life each estate built would have a standards manager to keep the are to a high standard whether property is bought or rented.

Each gouse whther rented or bought are responsible for the upkeep and if you have a rent/buy option people who pay half rent would pay half to any repairs etc.

This is a low cost solution where everyone can get on a property ladder not just a few.
