Workforce Working Group survey

We had a successful ‘Careers in Heritage’ event at the inaugural EXPO Ertach Kernow last year. Following this, BEK and the Cornwall Education Business Partnership are working together to investigate a possible ‘Careers in Heritage’ initiative. We want it to to inspire new interest and attract future talent into the sector, particularly from the younger demographic.

This survey is part of our effort to involve you as a key stakeholder in Cornwall's heritage sector. We'd like you to provide a quick overview of your service.

It's up to you how you complete the survey. Fill it in alone or with a team, whichever is easiest! Please answer each question with a ‘gut feel’ of your response, rather than doing lots of research (unless you have the information to hand).

Your input is highly valued and essential in making this happen. It will tell us what employment and training is already available and help us gauge interest in the initiative.
