Thanks for your support of the Trailblazers Report launch last week. We were pleased to see such a lot of interest in this work, and the energy behind putting the ideas and insights to work. It’s fantastic to now have such strong evidence of the power of investing in essential skills to support outreach, recruitment and staff development. Thank you to our speakers on the day for bringing their experience to life.

Open Workshop: We have an open virtual workshop coming up on Thursday 6 October which explores how employers can boost new talent employability. With 75% of UK secondary and college students having a touchpoint with Skills Builder Partnership, the Skills Builder Framework can be used by employers to ensure that young people have clarity around job roles and workplace expectations.
