We’re exploring how residents like to access advice and support with Cornwall Council services—whether this be online, by phone, or in person. By completing this short survey, you’ll help us understand what works best for you and how we can make our services more inclusive and accessible.

If you were asked to complete our survey whilst visiting a Library or one of our Council buildings, please complete the 'Library & Council visitors - In person services' option.

If you were asked to complete our survey though a different channel, such as our resident's newsletter, your housing association, at a partner organisation or in a community hub, then please completed the 'Households and other customers - In person services' option.
