As someone who has received support from the Tenancy Sustainment Service (TSO), your feedback is really important to us. 

By sharing your experience, you help us understand what is working well and where we can make improvements, so we can continue to develop and strengthen the support we offer.

Privacy Notice -

We will use your answers to help Cornwall Housing make improvements to the TSO service area.  Cornwall Housing will manage the survey and will handle your information safely and legally, in line with the UK Data Protection Law (UK GDPR). Any personal details will be kept for up to 18 months and then securely deleted. Your information will not be sold or shared, unless the law says we must.
