Scrutiny Panel Customer Service Team Survey

The Scrutiny Panel is a group tenants who take a deep dive into a chosen area of Cornwall Housing to see how well it is performing and to make recommendations on how it can improve.

Currently we are looking at the Customer Service Team.  This is the team who receive the 0300 12341 161 calls and info@cornwallhousing.org.uk emails.
