Resident Survey Feedback Questionnaire

We are asking all residents to complete a new property survey to help us better understand the condition, layout and key features of your home. Keeping this information up to date allows us to plan repairs and maintenance more effectively, whilst ensuring your home is safe, comfortable and that we are supporting your needs. 

By taking part, you are helping us make informed decisions, so we can continue to improve our services for everyone.
 

Privacy Statement 

We will use your answers to help Cornwall Council and Cornwall Housing make improvements to how they build new homes and deliver housing services for new residents in Cornwall. Cornwall Housing will manage the survey and will handle your information safely and legally, in line with the UK Data Protection Law (UK GDPR). Any personal details will be kept for up to 18 months and then securely deleted. Your information will not be sold or shared, unless the law says we must.
