First Year Tenancy Feedback

We’d really value your feedback on your first year living in your home with Cornwall Housing. Your answers help us understand what we’re doing well and where we can make things better. This survey should take around 5–7 minutes.

Privacy Statement 

We will use your answers to help Cornwall Housing make improvements to the TSO service area.  Cornwall Housing will manage the survey and will handle your information safely and legally, in line with the UK Data Protection Law (UK GDPR). Any personal details will be kept for up to 18 months and then securely deleted. Your information will not be sold or shared, unless the law says we must.
