Customer Service Standards consultation

This survey will help Cornwall Housing agree and publish a set of Customer Service Standards so residents understand what they can expect from us.

It will also help us to understand what we should know about our residents so that we can provide better services.

This survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.

Answering will help us understand what you think is a reasonable level of service, what information we should know and store about you, and what service options we should provide as a result.

Your answers will be used to influence what is included in Cornwall Housing’s new Customer Service Standards and our aims for how we provide better services to you in the future.
