You have received this survey as we'd like to hear your experience about how we, as your landlord, have handled anti-social behaviour in your neighbourhood. 

This short survey, which should take a few minutes to complete, will ask you to tell us your individual experience and satisfaction with the anti-social behaviour you have specifically experienced within the last year. 

The feedback that you provide will be used to help us understand the service that our residents receive and where improvements can be made.

Any changes to our service will be fed back to you via email.

Privacy Statement 

We will use your answers to help Cornwall Housing make improvements to the TSO service area.  Cornwall Housing will manage the survey and will handle your information safely and legally, in line with the UK Data Protection Law (UK GDPR). Any personal details will be kept for up to 18 months and then securely deleted. Your information will not be sold or shared, unless the law says we must.
