T2M Annual Affiliation Renewal 2027

This application is for Time2Move Holiday Programme providers who were approved and affiliated for 2026 who are wishing to deliver fun activities during 2027 school holidays for the Holiday Activities and Food Programme. Active Cornwall will be able to support your programme of delivery with a grant focusing on children in receipt of benefits-related Free School Meals during the school holidays.

By completing this affiliation form, you will provide us with assurances of meeting the required standards of this programme and also give more details of what your delivery will look like.
