We expect this survey will take up to 15 minutes, and we kindly ask that you complete this together with your child. While your support will help guide them through the questions, we're really keen to hear your child's voice in the responses.
This survey is designed for children aged 8 and over and will help us understand how your child feels about different aspects of their lives, including physical activity, wellbeing, and social connections.
We're asking for this survey to be completed before your child takes part in Time2Move activities, and then again after the holiday period. By comparing responses before and after the programme, we hope to understand any changes that may have occurred over time.
Privacy and confidentiality
Participation in this survey is completely voluntary, and responses will remain confidential. All data is collected and processed in compliance with data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act, and the Market Research Society Professional Code of Conduct.
The response will be anonymised, with all sensitive information removed. The data collected will be analysed and presented in aggregated form.
