Kernow Directory Filters

Welcome!

We are preparing to launch Kernow Directory and need your help with filters on the directories. 

Please visit www.kernowdirectory.cornwall.gov.uk and navigate to the 'Directories' tab. You will find three directories:

1. Care Homes and Home Care Directory (filters from this directory are on Page 1 of this survey) - relevant for organisations offering services in Cornwall, such as residential, nursing care, and domiciliary care

2. Community Directory (filters from this directory are on Page 2 of this survey) - includes community-based services, activities and events

3. Products and Services Directory (filters from this directory are on Page 3 of this survey) - includes services or products which are available for purchase to support adults in their every day lives

Each directory comes with a set of filters. They are categories you and members of public might use to find the service or product they need. Take a look at what filters are available now and which ones you may want to use when refining your search. The survey will ask if you find them 'Useful' or 'Not useful'. Choose the option which suits your search best. You also have a chance to pick 'Not sure' and a box will appear for you to type in your feedback or share your thoughts. There are no wrong answers - voice your preference. 

We will use your feedback to improve filter function of Kernow Directory in the future.
