Parent Feedback following EP Contribution to an EHCNA

As an Educational Psychology Service, we review and reflect on our work and processes to ensure that we are offering the best service that we can. We understand that you and your family have recently worked with an Educational Psychologist as part of your child's Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment (EHCNA).  We would welcome your views on your contact with the Educational Psychologist and the report that they wrote.

We acknowledge and understand that there are sometimes significant delays between an EHCNA being agreed and an Educational Psychologist becoming involved.  We apologise for this and are continuing to work to address this in the longer term. If you have further comments or queries in relation to this or any other aspect of the process then please use the free text box at the end of the survey to add your views.  Alternatively, there is an email address included at the end of the survey if you wish to contact us directly, and this will enable us to contact you if that is helpful.

Thank you very much for your time.
