Chi Austel is the new name for the St Austell Service Hub which is in White River Place. The name is derived from the Cornish language, where “Chi” means “house” and “Austel” refers to St Austell.
The new hub will provide a welcoming environment for the community and offer easy access to essential services such as the Family Hub and Registrars.
Cornwall Council is taking a new approach to how we deliver frontline services. These new Service Hubs will bring multiple services together in one place, making it easier for residents to get the support they need, all in a welcoming environment.
For more information, you can find the plans for the hub on the right-hand side of this page.
