Adult Social Care Provider Workforce Survey

Dear Provider

This survey is designed to help inform the current Proud to Care Cornwall recruitment attraction campaign aimed at supporting you as care providers in Cornwall in your drive to recruit care staff.  We very much welcome your input and are keen to ensure that we have as many responses as possible.

Proud to Care Cornwall is a partnership between Cornwall Council Adult Social Care, Cornwall Partners in Care (CPIC), CAHSC (Cornwall Adult Health and Social Care learning partnership), social care providers and system colleagues who have aligned to work collaboratively in recruitment matters since the start of the pandemic in March 2020.  We acknowledge and are grateful for the support from all of our colleagues in the sector.

The results of this survey will be used to understand your current priorities and challenges to inform our programme of work, particularly in light of changes due to Covid-19.  The survey is based on a model from North London Councils who worked with Skills for Care as the sector skills body.

The survey comprises up to 40 questions and may take up to 20-30 mins to complete.  We appreciate that this will take time out of your working day, however we believe it is important that our work is informed by feedback from you as care providers.  We ask that you please complete the survey by the deadline of 12th September 2021.

Thank you.
