Completing this questionnaire is not a guarantee that your property will be selected to participate in the scheme. We will use it to demonstrate demand for the scheme in Cornwall to help secure funding from the Environment Agency. If we are successful in securing this funding then we will be in touch to progress your participation on the scheme. Completing this questionnaire also does not commit you to participating in the scheme if you change your mind.

We will use the information you provide to demonstrate demand for a new property flood resilience scheme to the Environment Agency. 

Cornwall Council is data controller for the information provided, Data Protection Registration Number: Z1745294. This information will be used in conjunction with the Cornwall Property Flood Resilience Scheme to demonstrate demand for Property Flood Resilience in Cornwall. If funding is secured, the information will be used to assess whether your property is at flood risk and information will be shared with project partners to progress the scheme. Your data will be held within Cornwall Council’s secure network and will not be processed outside of the EEA. 

The information that you provide will be held for the duration of the project life cycle but may be required to be held for up to 10 years for funding/auditing purposes.
