Cornwall Council has an ambition to make sure that Cornwall is a brilliant place to be a child and grow up.

Please complete our survey to help us understand the experiences of postnatal care of those who live in Cornwall, and have given birth in the last three years. All information that you provide is anonymous and confidential, you cannot be identified.

The results from the survey will be summarised as part of a research project for a Master’s in Public Health, they will also be used for service improvement to make sure our services meet the needs of our residents.

We estimate it takes on average 10 minutes to complete the survey.

If you register on Let’s Talk Cornwall before starting the survey you can save a partially completed survey and return to it later. You will then also receive an automatic copy of the responses you submitted. Registration only takes a minute and is free.

    This survey is being conducted to understand people's experience of having a baby/young child in Cornwall and the support on offer.
    It is open to anyone who lives in Cornwall and has given birth to a child since January 2019. 

    All information you provide is anonymous, the full privacy notice is detailed below. 

    We are very grateful to you for taking the time to complete this survey, your experiences will be used to shape Cornwall's services in the future in the hope of making sure every child has the best start in life. 

    A summary of the results will be published on Let's Talk from June 2022

Once the survey has closed, your data will be held within Cornwall Council’s secure network and premises for up to 2 years. Access to your information will only be made to authorised members of staff who are required to process it for the purposes outlined in this privacy notice. 

    The survey results will be shared with The University of St Mark and John as part of a Master's dissertation.
