Cornwall Council has an ambition to make sure that Cornwall is a brilliant place to be a child and grow up.
Please complete our survey to help us understand the experiences of postnatal care of those who live in Cornwall, and have given birth in the last three years. All information that you provide is anonymous and confidential, you cannot be identified.
The results from the survey will be summarised as part of a research project for a Master’s in Public Health, they will also be used for service improvement to make sure our services meet the needs of our residents.
We estimate it takes on average 10 minutes to complete the survey.
If you register on Let’s Talk Cornwall before starting the survey you can save a partially completed survey and return to it later. You will then also receive an automatic copy of the responses you submitted. Registration only takes a minute and is free.

This survey is being conducted to understand people's experience of having a baby/young child in Cornwall and the support on offer. It is open to anyone who lives in Cornwall and has given birth to a child since January 2019.
