Welcome to the Cornwall Council Public Health and Housing team's survey of park home residents. We are interested in hearing about your experiences of living in a park home in Cornwall and things about park home living which may affect your health.

Please note that other information you provide, such as responses to open questions, may be published in full.

The survey results will be included in a report on the health impact of park home living.
