Cornwall and Isles of Scilly have been invited to develop a draft work and health strategy aimed at helping our local working age population minimise the risk of work absence, or premature work loss, due to ill health, or because of the need to manage a long term health condition.
We would like to hear from anyone who has had personal experience of working with a health condition, or anyone who has a health condition who is looking to return to work, to help us understand what has worked well, and where improvements could be made in terms of prevention, the employer’s management of absence or ill-health, or access to appropriate health services.
This information will be used to help shape a local strategy to improve support for the working population of CIoS. The survey will close on 28th February, 2023
