'Introduction to My Team Around Me'

'Introduction to My Team Around Me' is our first-stage training session designed to support professionals across the wider system working with people who experience multiple disadvantage.

This webinar explores the main concepts around ‘My Team Around Me’ and how you can introduce it to support and improve the effectiveness of multi-agency meetings.

My Team Around Me puts the service user at the centre of the support. The MTAM approach focuses on strong therapeutic relationships; on professionals working together to one set of goals; and looks at long-term stability as well as short-term crisis management.

The training aims to empowers attendees to create a cohesive and responsive team around each individual, promoting better outcomes and holistic support.

This is a system wide approach and a series of training sessions have been developed to support people to adopt and move towards this way of working

Leading on Complex Cases: Developing confidence in coordinating MTAM meetings and advocating for an individual's need

Leading on Complex Cases is a dynamic, trauma-informed training designed for professionals who are stepping into the vital role of chairing multi-disciplinary team (MDT) meetings. Building on the foundations of 'Introduction to MTAM', this course equips participants with the skills, knowledge, and values needed to lead inclusive, effective, and ethically sound meetings that support individuals with complex needs.
