In the People & Workforce team we are reviewing our service offer to ensure we increase our value to the people we serve, and to secure cost reductions we need to make.
We know that managers want to be in control of their people services and have more decision-making power. They want self-service that enables processes to be quicker and more efficient. Our review is taking into account our reduced capacity as well as changing needs.

A survey for staff working in the People & Workforce Team is available.
To inform our review, we would like to understand more about your experience as a member of staff within People and Workforce (P&W). This part of the review is about our customer facing activities, the things we do with and for, our managers. This survey will be a check and balance to the survey that has recently been sent to all managers.
Other activities (such as assurance activities and behind the scenes activities and developments) will be reviewed as well but in a different way. Your feedback will help us to redesign our offer and how we work to meet demand. Where possible, we want to focus the resource we have in the areas which provide the most value.
You are answering questions based on your experiences working within P&W, for some areas you may not have the overview to be able to answer and that is totally fine. We are aware all managers are different so please answer considering managers in general or the average manager if this is possible. If you are not sure how to respond, you have not delivered in the activity area or you feel your experience of managers is too varied in that area to give one answer, please select 'Don’t Know’.
