Temporary accommodation

Home means somewhere you feel safe and secure. Living in temporary accommodation for our second christmas just doesnt feel like home. my daughter has had 3 different schools as we have been moved twice while in temporary accommodation.

Home, to me, means somewhere we;re not 'permanently temporary'.

Now that the banding levels have changed and youre now a C if youre homeless and not a B, the chance of a permanent home seems so far out of reach.

Home to me, means being able to reassure my daughter that we wont have to move again and its ok to make friends
