Survey: Mandatory HMO Licence Fee Review
Please complete our short survey to give your views on the Mandatory HMO licence fee review. This survey will close on Friday 17th July at noon.
Cornwall Council is intending to raise the fees charged for licensing HMOs. These fees help the Council carry out its legal duties to make sure HMOs are safe, properly managed, and meet the standards required under the Housing Act 2004.
We are inviting landlords, letting and managing agents, and landlord representative organisations to share their views on the proposed changes.
