National Child Measurement Programme parent survey

The National Child Measurement Programme is carried out every year to understand how children are growing across the country by measuring the height and weight children in Reception and Year 6.

We would like to hear your views and experiences of the support offered to you as part of the National Child Measurement Programme. Please complete our short survey for your chance to have your say on this process and to help us understand your experiences. All the information that you provide is anonymous and confidential, you cannot be identified.

The results of this survey will be used for service improvement to make sure that we meet the needs of families in Cornwall.

If you have any questions or require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact the NCMP team on NCMP@cornwall.gov.uk.
