Health and Wellbeing Board

Purpose of reviewing progress with the Health and Wellbeing Board's Strategy

To review the effectiveness of the Strategy by measuring the improvement in outcomes of the stated priorities, the work that has happened as a result of the Strategy, and the mechanisms used for delivering the Strategy and stakeholder experiences.

It is nearly three years since the Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy (JHWBS) was approved by the Health and Wellbeing Board.  The purpose of this survey is to identify successes and review progress by Health and Wellbeing Board members compared to the objectives set out in the approved Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy.

Going forward, this will enable the Board to optimise the impact of it's Strategy and maximise improvements to the health and wellbeing of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly residents.

Additionally, we are sharing the survey with Integrated Care Partnership colleagues and other relevant partners for a wider perspective.

Please can you complete the survey by Monday 11th March 2024.

If you would prefer to discuss the survey questions please contact anthony.ball@cornwall.gov.uk or call 07484 041479
