HeadStart Kernow - Survey for Parents/Carers

Please complete our short survey to give your views on the impact of HeadStart Kernow. This survey will close on Monday 7th October 2024.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey to gather insights into the impact of HeadStart Kernow. This survey will ask about your awareness and use of various HeadStart Kernow resources and support programmes. We would love to hear about your experiences, what you found helpful, and any suggestions for making things better. It’s okay if you’re not sure you’ve heard of HeadStart Kernow – we still want to hear from you! You and your family might have used some of their resources without even knowing it.

The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purposes of this evaluation. As the data will be anonymised and you will not be identifiable through the information that you give us, it will not be possible to withdraw your contribution once it has been submitted. Your feedback will influence how we develop and improve our support for families in the future.
