Food Insecurity - Internal Stakeholder Survey

Thank you for taking the time to participate in this important survey.

Food insecurity was rising in Cornwall before the pandemic and COVID-19 has unfortunately made this worse. Reducing the dependency of emergency food provision is a key priority for the council and the wider community.

We are gathering information on how food insecurity in the context of financial hardship is identified and managed by the council and commissioned services. This will help inform recommendations with the aim of reducing food insecurity in Cornwall. You may have provided similar information previously as part of the COVID-19 emergency response, please feel free to provide this and answer any additional questions.

The Food Insecurity Project is lead by Matt Sharp, Guy Thomas & Kamal Patel with Pat Aston as Project Manager,
