Sustainable Screen Production in Cornwall

Study Title: Sustainable Screen Production in Cornwall
Investigator(s): Dr Gemma Goodman, Professor Rachel Moseley

You are invited to take part in a research study. This questionnaire is part of research into the different impacts of filming for movies and television in coastal locations in Cornwall. We are interested in hearing the views of the people who live in or have experience of filming in those locations. The aim of the project is to make recommendations to the screen industry and Cornwall Council about developing policies to ensure that screen production in Cornwall is sustainable. Please tell us about any aspect of your experience in relation to this, from business and economy, landscape and environment, culture and tourism, and any other aspect that you feel is important and should be taken into account when designing policy for screen production in Cornwall. Our main researcher is located in Cornwall and the project is funded by the University of Warwick, and is being conducted in partnership with Cornwall Council, Screen Cornwall and independent film production company, Bosena. Thank you for your time.

This research is being funded by the University of Warwick, through the Policy Support Fund. The project is being organised by researchers in Film and Television Studies and Cultural and Media Policy Studies, within the School of Creative Arts, Performance and Visual Cultures.
