Here at Cornwall Registration Service, we understand how difficult the last year has been for everyone.  We appreciate that many of you may have had to move, postpone or cancel your ceremonies due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and Government guidelines and restrictions. Our processes for registering Births & Deaths and Ceremonies during lockdown have had to change in line with Government guidelines, yet we are still committed to continuous improvement.  We would be grateful if you could spare a couple of minutes to complete this small survey to provide some feedback from your recent experience.
