Community equipment survey

Commissioners from health and social care are seeking the views of community equipment prescribers on the current community equipment service. The survey should take no more than 10 mins to complete and asks for your views on a number of topics including identifying equipment, advice and guidance, the TCES system and what suggestions you have for improvements.

We would welcome your views to help improve the service. The survey will close on Friday 22nd October at 12pm. Thank you.
