Cornwall and Isles of Scilly People Hub is a single point of contact for people in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly (CIOS) aged 16 years or over, seeking to access employment, training and skills support, and establish a clear route to achieving individual goals.
This single front door approach or People Hub provides:
an independent triage and signposting enquiries service
direct 1:1 support using Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) principles
specialist providers to support specific client groups such as homelessness, veterans, parent carers, refugees, ex-offenders, as well as health and wellbeing areas including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health and neurodiversity
funded training and qualifications through the Training Framework
This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. Cornwall Council has been chosen by Government as a Lead Authority for the fund and is responsible for monitoring the progress of projects funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
