Education and training have been severely disrupted during the pandemic. Schools and universities have been intermittently closed to help contain the virus. The move to online learning and home-schooling has been extremely challenging for students, schools and parents/guardians.

In addition, several schools in Cornwall have had to isolate large portions of their students when positive cases have emerged. In some instances, this has occurred several times to the same students resulting in a prolonged absence from school. Furthermore, there has been a decrease in extra-curricular and after-school activities and school trips with no residential trips.

All of this means that young people have been significantly impacted during the pandemic We want to hear about your experiences. What worked well and what didn’t work so well? Looking forward, what would help with catching up on education that was missed during lockdowns?
