Child Poverty Impact Survey

Thank you for starting this short survey to share your views on the impact of child poverty in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Your responses will be analysed and included in the 2025 Director of Public Health Report for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly and will inform action to reduce and mitigate the impact of poverty on our babies, children and young people. All responses will be anonymous, and as you will not be identifiable through the information you provide, it will not be possible to withdraw your contribution once it has been submitted. Please ensure your responses do not identify any individual children or families.

For the purpose of this survey, 'children' refers to all babies, children and young people aged 0-24 years old.

If you have any questions about the survey, please email: phdesk@cornwall.gov.uk
