As part of our commitment to providing an effective, efficient, and supportive licencing service, we are seeking feedback from licenced chaperones on their experience of the application and licencing process. Your views will help us understand what is working well and identify areas where we can improve.

We would like to hear about all aspects of your experience, including the application process, communication, interview, training, and overall support provided. Whether your experience was positive or you encountered challenges, your feedback is valuable and will be used to inform future service development.
