Business Continuity Plan Survey

Cornwall Council and Partners are in planning mode for the anticipated winter pressures on our system that may arise as a result of Covid-19 and a potential Flu pandemic.

We require that all of our commissioned providers have in place a ‘Business Continuity Plan’ that sets out a number of scenarios that could happen to your business at any time of the year and asks you to consider that if such a situation arises that you have a plan in place to help you manage this.

To help support you, our partners, we ask that you undertake this short questionnaire about your organisation's readiness for service interruption. This should only take a couple of minutes of your time.

Your return should be completed by the Manager of the service by 9am on 13th November 2020
