We are interested in hearing your experiences of using bus services in Cornwall, and your views about how to improve services to encourage more use. This survey is for you, whether or not you travel by bus. It should only take a few minutes to complete and will help us plan how we might improve our buses in the future.

Your data will be processed for analysis by Integrated Transport Planning (Haskoning).  Once the survey has closed, your data will be held by Cornwall Council and Integrated Transport Planning (Haskoning) within secure networks and premises for up to 3 years. 

Where we ask you to supply personal data on this form, we will only make access to this data available to authorised members of staff at Cornwall Council and/or Integrated Transport Planning (Haskoning) who are required to process it for the purposes outlined in this privacy notice. Please note that other information you provide, such as responses to open questions, may be published in full.
